The first of a chain of contemporary Italian Gelateria’s offering simple delicious homemade Italian ice cream with a contemporary twist. CWA spent time understanding the provenance of the all-natural ingredients of the product before working with the clients to generate a design directory of warm lighting, stone benches and tables and handmade ceramic floors contribute to the palette of simple and rich materials reminiscent of historical milking parlours
