CWA have been approached to develop proposals for a 10,000sqft, 16 bedroom sheltered housing scheme 3 miles from Stanstead airport.

The site, a former haulage yard and petrol station is set in a linear, low density village. The scheme is set back from the road and uses the gradient of the site to link the three disparate structures via a subterranean communal space.

Private gardens are proposed to the rear of the building and servicing is concealed to the flank of the site.
