Clarendon Road

CWA completed the reworking of an existing 1960’s house in Holland Park in 2010. The project to renovate the 4 storey house concentrated on relocating the internal staircase to the flank wall of the dwelling to create open – rectilinear floor plans more suited to the client’s lifestyle.

The external appearance of the building has been radically altered utilising the latest techniques in insulted render, resulting in lower running costs and improved appearances. To the rear a new courtyard garden with elements of soft landscaping redefine the lower ground floor family area.
