CWA were successful in 2007 for achieving planning for the demolition of a two storey 1,500sqft mews house.

These scheme proposals are derived from the requirement for light to penetrate both front and rear façades to unlock the potential of the enclosed (17m deep) site footprint.

The proposals provide a six bedroom 3,500sqft family home with reception accommodation at third floor and pool/ private spa in the basement.
