The practice's design has received detailed planning permission for this regenerative former light industrial site development adjacent to the main Gravesend to London commuter railway in Crayford town centre.

The 25,000 sqft , 31 apartment residential Scheme, is arranged around a private podium providing ‘doorstep play space’ over undercroft parking.

The environmental difficulties presented by the island site location are mitigated in the approach: two juxtaposed buildings providing an acoustic buffer to a garden square play space from the mainline railway and a major vehicular thoroughfare into Crayford town centre.

The project begins on site in 2009.
