Epicurean Pizza Lounge, Clerkenwell

A almost landlocked site in Clerkenwell, London was chosen as a location for an prototype of an Australian gourmet pizza restaurant.

6500sqft of floor space  with only 14ft of shop front resulted in an unusual design that allowed flexibility for future expansion, whilst allowing the covers of this initial phase - full integration to the open kitchen.

A continuous 1500mm counter houses maître’d, bar, pizza preparation and back of house activities from diners contained within existing repointed brickwork access yard – remaining faithful the buildings original industrial use.
