Work on site has commenced on the first of a role out of gelato stores. The first shop in overlooks the recently renovated plaza at St. Martin in the Fields Church, Trafalgar Square. Gino Gelato will manufacture their product in an on-site ‘laboratory’ to the rear of the scheme, which draws strong design inferences from Victorian milking sheds.
