CW-A have undertaken a feasibility study for a unique family home off the Kings Road.  The scheme proposes a 9,500sqft largely new build family home, reusing part of the concrete frame of the current factory site. The site is accessed through a street fronting town house and contains off street parking, private spa and separate staff accommodation
