CW-A have been successful in gaining planning permission for this substantial family home located in a Conservation Area. The house is visually linked from entry at the street to the garden at the rear. CW Architects have utilised this feature and remodelled the interior programme with open plan living spaces to create free-flowing movement through the house. A Tender package for the works will be issued for the project in the coming weeks.
