New Tannery Scheme Submitted for Planning

CW-A have submitted a new proposal for the Tannery site in Walsall. The residential scheme manifests itself in two blocks which drop gradually in height, stepping down to meet the scale at the southern side of the site. The two blocks are carved into shape by a communal street which cuts through the site, creating an intimate internal courtyard area. The varying heights of the units allow for large private roof terraces which capture sun and offer vistas across Walsall.
