CW-A's Proposed Extension and refurbishment to a four storey grade two listed house in Islington has been submitted for pre planning.  The scheme involves excavation works to the rear garden to create an extended lower ground floor as well as extensive internal refurbishment.  The schemes design is driven by the desire to articulate the landscape in such a way that it appears to peel and fold away, exposing a modern insertion to this historic host building
