Canfield Care Home in final pre-planning stages

The disused Canfield Service Station is sited on the southern side of Dunmow Road, three miles east of Takeley. The all but demolished three-bay workshop and the flat roof reception building are  remnants of the site’s former use as a petrol filling station.

CWA were engaged to assess the feasibility of a Care Home on the site.

Now in the late stages of pre-planning, the Care Home design nears a point of resolution.

The proposed 16 bedroom development is now in the final stages of pre-planning. The design carefully accommodates the program of the Care facility in humble and fragmented forms in keeping with the character of the area.
