CWA's proposed refurbishment of a semi detached property in Clapham to be submitted for planning approval.

The existing property will be subject to both full refurbishment and substantial extension. The contemporary rear addition to the property will provide a high quality kitchen, living and dining area which aims to harmonise internal and external spaces.  The design has been driven by a desire to make the existing closet wing appear as if it is floating above the modern new addition
