The successful application by CWA proposes an extensive refurbishment of the existing Victorian building with a contemporary rear extension.

The remodelled form will contain a new kitchen,  family and living spaces that open onto a modern cantilevered balcony overlooking the landscaped rear garden.

Three separate planning approvals were required to convert nine bedsits into this contemporary family home.
