Kingston home submitted for planning

CWA proposed redevelopment of a large Victorian home was today submitted for planning approval. The site is on Richmond Road, an established suburb of large late Victorian houses.

The existing 3,000sqft house will undergo a high quality refurbishment. In addition the rear of the property is to be substantially remodelled to provide a family/kitchen area with direct access to a cantilevered balcony. A basement is proposed for the front of the property.

Work could commence in February 2009.
